Y2w Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Guidelines

01Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the y2w platform (y2w.pro), you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and y2w as the platform provider.

These terms and conditions cover all services provided by y2w, including online casino, sports betting, live games, e-sports wagering, and all other platform features that may be added in the future. Every new service launched is automatically subject to these terms unless specifically stated otherwise.

If you are using this platform on behalf of an organization or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. In such cases, "you" refers to that organization.

02Eligibility & Registration

To use the y2w platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Not a resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Never previously restricted or banned from the y2w platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. y2w reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify the information provided. False or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all account balances.

03User Account

Each individual is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at y2w. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and wins.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Ensure that any device used to access y2w is secure and free from malware.
• Notify y2w immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

Y2w is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with the account security obligations above. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be required include a national ID, utility bill, or recent bank statement.

04Deposit & Withdrawal

Y2w supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, TnG eWallet, Boost, and direct bank transfers. All deposits are processed instantly and no processing fees are charged by y2w.

Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Y2w does not accept payments from third parties or anonymous sources.

Withdrawal terms:

• The minimum withdrawal is MYR 30.

05Bonus & Promotions

General bonus terms:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Y2w reserves the right to void any bonus claimed using false information or multiple accounts.

In the event of a dispute over game results, the y2w system's decision is final. Server logs and system records will be used as evidence in any investigation. Should a technical disruption occur during gameplay, y2w will use its discretion to resolve the case based on available records.

• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once the game has started.
• Wins are automatically credited to your account upon completion of a game.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are stated within the game interface.
• Y2w reserves the right to void any round or wager suspected of exploiting a technical error.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the y2w platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of wins, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated methods to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system.
• Money Laundering: Using the y2w platform to transfer, conceal, or process proceeds from illegal activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using false information to exploit promotions.
• Unauthorized Collusion: Colluding with other players in competitive games to manipulate outcomes.
• Threats & Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing y2w staff or other users.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another user's system, database, or account without authorization.

08Account Suspension & Closure

Y2w reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Request by the user themselves to close the account.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months.
• Directives from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the y2w support team via live chat. Any remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method after all conditions are met and verification is completed.

For accounts suspended due to an investigation, access to funds will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. y2w will endeavor to complete the investigation within 30 business days.

09Liability Limit

Y2w provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Y2w is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting activity, regardless of circumstances.
• Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence.
• Third-party actions that negatively impact the user experience on the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

Y2w's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Privacy Policy

12Laws & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in y2w's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the y2w platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed arbitration rules.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that the use of online betting platforms is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. y2w is not liable if users access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
